Since it's inception, Google has transformed the way we view the internet. I remember when I first laid my finger tips on a keyboard, all I had was Yahoo!. I don't exactly remember when I first heard of Google, but I do remember saying to myself that nothing, absolutely nothing will beat out my trusted Yahoo! search engine. Was I ever so wrong!
Fast forward several years, and I'm using Google. Not only am I using it to search, I also use Google to find out where I'm going, what to shop for, what the other side of the world looks like, and most importantly, how can I learn to make money or generate some type of revenue. I searched and searched, and further researched on ways to get my blog noticed on the top three search engines.
I have to be honest, it's no small feat and with anything else, requires work on your part. To generate any type of revenue via advertisement, you have to find that particular niche that needs to be filled in the vast space of the internet. That alone may sound insurmountable, but I assure you, that it can be done.
Google launched Adsense and it's a advertisement tool for websters and bloggers to place ads onto your website. The method is simple. Google's bots search keywords throughout the internet and match advertisements that are related to your individual website and/or blog! The trick is page ranking or PR for short. Simply put - the higher your PR, the more revenue you can generate using your blog or website.
In short, I will outline my methods and hopefully shed insight to you, the reader, the uninformed or simply, the interested on how this method works, how Adsense works and how the internet can be used to generate some form of revnue.
What I will not do is scam you, or feed you pretty pictures on what I earned - there are plenty of websites that offer that, and for a cost I might add.
Until next time!
